Our Return Promise
At Epic Quest - Gaming Platform, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your game or digital content, we offer various return options depending on the type of purchase and timing of your request.
Digital Content Returns
Games and Software
Digital games and software can be returned under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Total playtime must not exceed 2 hours
- Game must not have been launched more than 5 times
- Original payment method must still be valid
In-Game Content and DLC
Downloadable content and in-game purchases may be returned if:
- Content was not used or consumed
- Request is made within 48 hours of purchase
- Content is not part of a bundle that has been partially used
- No gameplay advantage has been gained
Pre-Orders
Pre-order cancellations are available:
- Any time before the official release date
- Up to 14 days after release if game hasn't been downloaded
- Standard return conditions apply if game has been played
Gift Purchases
Games purchased as gifts can be returned by:
- The original purchaser at any time before the gift is redeemed
- The recipient under standard return conditions once redeemed
- Return credit will go back to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Games purchased more than 14 days ago with over 2 hours playtime
- Consumed in-game currency or items
- Activated gift cards or promotional codes
- Beta or early access content explicitly marked as non-returnable
- Items purchased during special sales marked as "final sale"
Return Process
To request a return:
- Log into your GOD OF WAR account
- Go to your purchase history
- Select the item you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and follow the prompts
- Provide a reason for the return (optional)
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the following methods:
- Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Store credit (if original payment method is unavailable)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days for most payment methods
- Up to 10 business days for certain banking institutions
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from enjoying your purchase:
- Contact our technical support team first
- Return may be approved even outside normal time limits
- Provide detailed information about the technical issue
Unauthorized Purchases
For unauthorized or fraudulent purchases:
